Pat

Pat is a master of small talk. He loves it very much. He studies the weather diligently and can talk for hours about the pleasantries of a warm spring day and what a pain humidity is for keeping symmetry in his mustache curls. His favorite past-time is sitting on park benches and talking with retired, friendly folks while sharing muffin crumbles with mooching pigeons.
